SoloPath provides a digital reflection product for founders. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SoloPath.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Product Scope
- SoloPath is a reflection and planning support tool.
- SoloPath does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
- SoloPath does not guarantee business or financial outcomes.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Paid access is processed by Polar as merchant of record. Taxes, billing, and payment processing may be handled by Polar based on your region.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use SoloPath for unlawful activity, harmful content, fraud, or misuse of payment systems. We may suspend access for policy abuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
SoloPath is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service.
