Refund Policy

SoloPath Pro is a digital product delivered immediately after payment.
1. General Rule
Because access is granted instantly, refunds are generally not automatic after successful delivery.
2. Eligible Cases
- Duplicate charge for the same purchase.
- Technical failure that prevents delivery and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized charge (subject to verification).
3. Request Window
Submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase with your order reference and issue details.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Approved refunds are processed through Polar and returned to the original payment method.
